- What is the main goal for this project?

Seeking a creative individual who is able to conceptualize and create compelling themes, design layouts and social media graphics for clients of our virtual platform application.
Project Responsibilities:
· Create/Manipulate graphic elements which include but are not limited to photos, themes, logos for creating a template per client's requirement.
· Conceptualize and design banners for digital communications for use in social media, newsletters and invitations etc.
· Work with the Marketing Director to develop, design and produce graphic materials that aid in development of the concept.
· Active participation in cross-functional team meetings to better integrate design opportunities for clients, aiding in driving the project from inception to completion.
· Prepare rough drafts, sketches, idea boards, video editing etc.
· Design posts for social media.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Familiarize themselves with our existing product.
- Conceptualize and design banners for digital communications for use in social media, newsletters and invitations etc.
- Design and build inside of the design tool all the needed screens for a mobile application prototype of our product.
- Create/Manipulate graphic elements which include but are not limited to photos, themes, logos for creating a template per client's requirement.
- Present the final design screens to us with the context of all their choices they made, problems they encountered, and next steps they recommend.
Bonus steps would include:
- Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this.
Final deliverables should include:
- The design themes and all assets in a shareable format
- A presentation as stated above of the final designs

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Familiarizing the students with the product features and functions.
- Giving access to standard design tools and applications.
- Will be involved in meetings with the Client regarding design choices like themes and layouts.
- Provide input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Industry design tools such as Photoshop, 3D-Max or similar.
- Have knowledge of current industry design standards.
- Human computer interaction concepts
- Graphic design knowledge preferred
Nice to haves for students include
- User testing strategies
Again, students can complete this project without any of the prior knowledge listed here. Students will be expected to research and learn more about this above as the project goes along.
