The main goal for the project is to create a digital Individual Education Plan (IEP) that includes a learner profile and transitions with students throughout their post-secondary career. This will involve developing a comprehensive digital platform that allows for the creation, tracking, and updating of IEPs for students with learning disabilities and exceptional needs. The platform should also provide a seamless transition for students as they progress through their post-secondary education and into the workforce. As well as allow health professionals to upload medical records, and for educators and academic advisors to review IEP.

- Conduct research on existing IEP platforms and best practices in creating learner profiles for students with exceptional needs.

- Design and develop a user-friendly digital platform that allows for the creation, tracking, and updating of IEPs.

- Implement a feature that allows for seamless transition and updates as students progress through their post-secondary career.

- Test the digital platform with students, educators, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.

- Create a comprehensive user guide and training materials for educators and administrators on how to use the digital IEP platform effectively.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the digital platform to ensure its effectiveness and relevance for students with exceptional needs.

Learners will have access to weekly meetings. A write up and guide to the first prototype created. Access to databased and tools and technology used my staff.
