Details
The student will work with the SIM-one team on issues of community engagement, event planning, and new product/service development. She will lead an assessment of the state of our network, including industry trends and member needs, then work with the SIM-one team to evolve our services to better meet those needs while creating revenue streams. She will advise on strategies and help produce and implement plans to expand the network and recruit members.

Following 3 months of strategic plan research and analysis, student-consultants will submit:

  1. A 5,000-word consulting report 
  2. An optional in-person presentation
