Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

This project's has two main goals. First, we would like to improve our work flow by reducing all tasks that involve typing and re-typing data that is used in different spreadsheets, bookkeeping and our CRM system. Second, we would like to reduce the errors made by automating typing tasks.

In order to accomplish our goals, we would like to use Zapier, a Fill-able PDF software program to update our spreadsheets, bookkeeping an CRM System. we are open to using other automation programs.

The main tasks will include:

  • Create Zaps that will update our CRM System (to help with lead management for all three companies)
  • Create Zaps that will update our bookkeeping, foundation, porcelain and production schedule (to help with production management)
  • Create a fill-able PDF Lead Sheet for all three companies

You should focus on the detail:

  • Ensure that all zaps created are working properly
  • Ensure that the fill-able PDF lead sheets features can be used (Radio buttons, drop down menus)

The final project will be tested by the following parameters:

  • we will create lead sheets to test if all features work
  • we will test each zap created to ensure that the data is placed in the correct spreadsheet, CRM or bookkeeping program
