The main goal for the project is to develop a urine test kit that can accurately and quickly identify protein loss, particularly for individuals with kidney disease. The test kit should be user-friendly, cost-effective, and provide reliable results to empower individuals to take control of their health and manage their symptoms effectively.

This will involve several different steps for the team, including:

- Researching and understanding the specific protein markers associated with kidney disease and protein loss (In any case, we have knowledge about the reagents that can be used and we also have another team that is working to identify new reagents that can be used).

- Developing a prototype for the urine test kit that can detect these protein markers accurately.

- Testing the prototype for accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness.

- Refining the design and functionality of the test kit based on test results and user feedback.

- Creating a cost-effective production plan for the test kit to ensure it is accessible to those who need it.

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:

- A functional prototype of the urine test kit that accurately detects protein loss.

- Test results and user feedback analysis to inform the refinement of the test kit design.

- A production plan outlining the cost-effective manufacturing and distribution of the test kit.

- User manuals and instructional materials for the test kit.

Final deliverables should include:

- All source materials, including research papers and test data.

- A detailed report on the development process and outcomes.

- A presentation explaining the functionality and benefits of the urine test kit.
