With growth plans in our organizations future, onboarding new employees has become a critical part to our growth. Training in our specific field of powersports is virtually non-existant, so we want to develop a training manual with all the basics as well as some training videos we can make for our staff but also upload to our youtube channel to help other powersports business's. The vast majority of the information is available however it has never been collected into one specific area and turned into a useable / trainable format.

The final deliverables should take the form of:

Training Manual, in either hard copy or via digital format.

Students will connect directly with myself (Jeremy Girard) on a regular scheduled basis throughout the project, for information, guidance, direction and specific training information.
