Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Our organization wants to further our efforts to increase awareness about a particular health topic. We have just stoke an Alliance that will be taking on provincial strategic work and we are looking at getting a communication campaign and work plan that will help the initiative.

We would like to work with students to develop a campaign that successfully raises awareness and changes behaviour around this health topic in regards to hospice care simply being end of life, when in essence grief and bereavement services are accessible to all even if patients do not access hospice palliative care.

In collaboration with key stakeholders (other provincial entities) our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this health topic.

  • Identify groups which this campaign will target.
  • Identify ideal outcomes and KPIs.
  • Include the latest and most accurate data and information.
  • Design leaflets, posters, videos, and/or brochures and association did you know campaigns.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • A final report with campaign samples
  • A 30-minute presentation and campaign video
How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the ED for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Meetings will be held once a week for an hour via Zoom/Gsuites
