What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking for student-consultants to focus research on sustainability and social justice within our organization as it compares to our competitors, identify our needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on in-depth research and analysis.

Project may include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting research on our brands name and how it will resonate in other countries/languages
  • SWOT Analysis
  • Insights, recommendations, and strategies related to the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price and Promotion)
  • Competitive strategy highlighting how our product/service offering can be differentiated from competitors
  • Conducting location analysis to determine if and where to expand our business.
  • Investigating the competitive landscape for a prospective market, to identify key messaging for promotions, and how much our target market values sustainability and social justice in consumer brands.
  • Social media marketing campaigns
