We are looking to speed up productivity by investing in deck and platform drawing software. We aren’t certain of the options that are available to us, or the features and benefits of each. We would like for students to help us research and choose the most ideal software to invest in as well as most cost efficient.

We are currently using a manual CAD program that is cumbersome and time consuming. We need the software to be able to provide renderings for permit and engineering purposes along with visual presentations for our clients.

Students should be prepared to:

• Conduct a needs analysis.
• Research available options and feedback
• Evaluate the options within the context of our budget, immediate needs, and projected needs.
• Provide a report with a final recommendation and explanation.

Employees are available for questions but minimal supervision and mentorship is required.
