Project Goal:

This project aims to develop a customized CRM system that enables HomeBanx to effectively track and engage three core participant groups: prospective homeowners, ROSCA (community savings) members, and green trades apprentices. The system will capture leads, log notes, schedule follow-ups, and visually track each participant's journey—from initial inquiry through onboarding, training, or housing placement. By tailoring the interface and features to our circular housing and finance model, the CRM will serve as a foundational tool for organizing community relationships, managing growth, and preparing for legal and programmatic rollout.

Deliverables

Expected Project Outcomes and Deliverables:

  • A functional, user-friendly CRM system tailored to HomeBanx’s circular housing model, with customized fields and workflows for:
  • Prospective CLT Homebuyers (status tracking, income tier, onboarding stage)
  • ROSCA Members (cohort assignment, contribution tracking, payout history)
  • Apprentices/Green Trades Trainees (skill level, placement site, certification status)
  • Community Partners & Funders (engagement stage, notes, follow-up scheduling)
  • Intuitive dashboard views to visually track the status and progress of each participant type—from intake to full integration
  • Lead capture forms or intake templates (webform or manual entry) for consistent data collection
  • Automated follow-up reminders or scheduling prompts to reduce manual admin load
  • Basic reporting functions to export participant data, filter by cohort or engagement stage, and summarize key activity for funders or internal use
  • User guide or onboarding instructions so team members and volunteers can easily adopt and maintain the system
  • By the end of this project, HomeBanx will have a ready-to-use relationship management tool to support operational launch, improve community engagement, and lay the foundation for scale.
