We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

We have a software factory called "Experimental Station" and we want to start marketing the factory to both commercial and DoD customers. We are a culture first software factory that is 100% paired programming and have a very unique culture (people first), we just need help getting the culture to come through in marketing content that we are different.

We have some ideas to start from so the students can take a look at what we are thinking but want our own designs.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including, flyers, one pagers, stickers, video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Design Logos
• Design Stickers
• Design Digital meeting backgrounds, i.e. Zoom, GoTo Meeting, etc
• Design "one pagers"/flyers for distribution
• Help us stand out from the rest
• Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
• Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. I will be personally available for all questions on a daily basis.
