Content includes; Intro to program, Covid considerations, Course admin, Setting up courses, CPR info, Defibrillation, Lesson Plans (how to use lesson plans), Teaching and learning (adult learning section), Planning courses, First Aid concepts, How to create your own small business, How to use instructor portals and online registration.
The frame work for this online program has been created. Assistance is needed in developing each section including; creative writing, digital content creation, graphics/images, voice over & scripting for small videos.
The rough draft of this program can be viewed on the Thinkific learning platform. The end goal: New first aid instructors will learn all of the common and consistent background information online required by new instructors before participating in a full in-class first aid instructor course.
Students will need to help develop the written content of each page, develop the visual/graphic display of the written content, include related images where required. Students will learn how to develop the components of an online program for a first aid instructor course. Students will have to research the various content for each section of the program and learn more about various topics such as adult education, creating lesson plans, how to prepare/plan for courses, how to develop your own small (first aid) business, how to navigate our online registration program while creating a working and polished online program.
The outline of the program has already been created in the Thinkific online program.
Each section of the program needs refinement in terms of content and writing skills, better visual presentation. There are lots of potential options for creativity and unique design. Students may have to research some of the content to understand it better.
I will personally be available (by phone, email or online program) almost any day, any time (7:00 am to 10:00 pm) to assist candidates in any way. I can provide samples of information and allow the students the creative opportunity to display the information.

Additionally, we offer specialized training programs for First Aid Instructors, available through a combination of online courses and 2-day in-class instructor sessions.
We are currently enhancing our service by introducing four online forms that candidates can conveniently complete, sign electronically, and submit through our platform. These electronic documents will seamlessly integrate into our existing online program, utilizing the "Thinkific" online learning platform. Our objective is to enable a smooth review process for completed forms and facilitate easy printing when needed.
