We are looking for teams to research current trends in senior living (retirement NOT long term care) and to identify future trends and possible innovations for seniors (baby boomer generation) who will be making the buying decision to live in a retirement home in 2023 are beyond. The scope would include not only services wanted but lifestyle preferences and environmental expectations (building locations, amenities etc..).

Teams may want to include asking baby boomers, researching statistics and trends globally for innovative and interesting ideas. This project scope is fluid but the teams would produce a presentation outlining the retirement home of the future (based on literature, research etc..) and marketing strategies to attract this generation.
