The scope would include not only services wanted but lifestyle preferences and environmental expectations (building locations, amenities etc..).
Teams may want to include asking baby boomers, researching statistics and trends globally for innovative and interesting ideas. This project scope is fluid but the teams would produce a presentation outlining the retirement home of the future (based on literature, research etc..) and marketing strategies to attract this generation.
