The goal of this project is to create 4 online documents for Perri-Med First Aid/CPR Training that allow customers to fill in blank spaces on the documents and add a signature if necessary. These documents should then be incorporated into an existing online learning platform that candidates can easily access, complete and submit. The project should also include reviewing, summarizing and printing out the results of the online documents.

The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Developing 4 online documents that allow customers to fill in blank spaces and add a signature if necessary.

- Incorporating the documents into an existing online learning platform.

- Reviewing, summarizing and printing out the results of the online documents.
