Details

Students are tasked with conducting various types of market research to support the strategic planning activities of a non-profit health service provider. The company would like to collect and utilize several types of data, drawn from different target audiences, to support the development of their strategic plan. 

Deliverables
  1. Secondary research - review of the websites of the non-profit, their regulatory agencies, and industry organization, along with suggested ideas for improvement of web site content.
  2. Primary research, survey - develop a survey instrument, administer the survey to an appropriate audience, and analyze the data
  3. Primary research, focus group - develop focus group questions, administer the focus group to an appropriate audience, and analyze the data.
  4. Report and presentation - present the findings via data visualizations, develop insights from the data, and draw conclusions from the results.
