To become a proactive team, we need assistance developing and fine tuning an email outreach process. We would like to equip our team with a plan that guides them in crafting great email sequences, researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and developing compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for rolling this out in our target market. 

This project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Building a customizable outreach script.
  • Making a case for adding specific CRM tools to our workflow
  • Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.
  • Compiling relevant market information. 

The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
