We are looking to launch a new business segment/division and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a financial business plan for Seta's Mushrooms and our three divisions (Fresh, Renewables, & Fertilizer). We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed as well as access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to investors.

The plan should include:

• Setas Sales forecasting
• Setas Expense budget
• Setas Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
• Setas Assets and liabilities
• SetasBreak-even analysis

The final deliverables should take the form of:

• A final report (preferably in MS Word)
• A 30-minute virtual presentation (Preferably in MS Powerpoint)

I am the chairman of Setas Mushrooms. I can support the students in mentorship as I have over 20 years of business experience and development. I'm a serial-preneur with an MBA and many other credentials and will be looking to collaborate with the team over virtual platforms (preference is MS Teams). When I talk, it often is about people, process, and technology.

I will help you in getting the data you will need to analyze and interpret our company data and produce corporate finance reports by applying commonly used methods and respecting financial principles, in particular GAPP. This includes analyzing and evaluating our current and future (3-6 months) in assets and liabilities, our long-term financial decisions regarding capital projects and financing methods, and identifying short-term financing sources.
