Career and Experiential Learning Department is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Research Assistants. This position will provide a unique opportunity to contribute to research projects in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating university environment.

Deliverables

1. Literature Review:

·      Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research projects.

·      Summarize and synthesize relevant literature to inform research design and methodology.


2. Data Collection and Analysis:

·      Assist in the design and implementation of research studies.

·      Collect, organize, and analyze data using appropriate methodologies and statistical tools.

·      Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations.


3. Laboratory or Field Work:

·      Assist in laboratory experiments or fieldwork, as applicable to the research project.

·      Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.


4. Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with senior researchers, faculty, and fellow research assistants.

·      Attend research meetings, contribute insights, and provide progress updates.


5. Documentation and Reporting:

·      Prepare research manuscripts, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

·      Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and other funding applications.


6. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support for research projects, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing project-related documentation.

Mentorship

Weekly check in meetings and feedback throughout the process.


Some projects may meet more frequently than others. Supervisors will support students throughout the entire process.
