Additionally, the team will create a promotional campaign plan to launch the UGC initiative. A final report will summarize the strategy's potential impact on brand awareness and engagement. The deliverables will provide actionable insights and a clear roadmap for The Hira Collective to implement the UGC strategy effectively.

• Original UGC Creation: Produce engaging and authentic videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and short-form clips to showcase The Hira Collective’s impact, services, and community.
• UGC Outreach & Collaboration Strategy: Identify and connect with existing customers, wellness practitioners, and engaged followers to encourage them to create and share UGC.
• Content Repurposing & Social Media Strategy: Curate and optimize UGC for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring alignment with The Hira Collective’s branding.
• Community Engagement & Incentive Plan: Develop an approach to incentivize UGC contributions, including contests, giveaways, or featured content opportunities.
• Tracking & Performance Report: Measure the impact of UGC efforts, including reach, engagement rates, and audience growth, and provide recommendations for future UGC initiatives.
