What is the main goal for this project?

The main objective of this project is to enhance sales effectiveness and improve engagement on social media platforms. Students will focus on two primary tasks: rescheduling appointments through sales calls and creating engaging social media posts. The problem students will be solving is the challenge of maximizing lead conversion rates and maintaining an active and interactive online presence. By the end of the project, students are expected to achieve increased appointment rescheduling success rates and heightened social media engagement, ultimately driving greater customer interest, interaction, and conversion. The project aims to equip students with practical sales and social media marketing skills while addressing real-world challenges faced by businesses in reaching and engaging their target audience.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To successfully achieve the project goal, students will need to complete the following tasks:


Sales Calls:

  • Review leads provided by the company.
  • Call back leads to reschedule appointments.
  • Engage leads in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively communicate appointment rescheduling options and benefits.
  • Document lead interactions and appointment status updates.


Social Media Posts:

  • Conduct research on current social media trends and audience preferences.
  • Develop a content calendar outlining the timing and frequency of social media posts.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts tailored to the company's target audience.
  • Incorporate relevant hashtags, keywords, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase reach and engagement.
  • Schedule posts for optimal times and days to maximize audience reach.
  • Monitor post performance and engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track the success of sales calls by recording appointment rescheduling rates and customer feedback.
  • Analyze social media post performance metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates.
  • Identify trends and patterns in sales call outcomes and social media engagement.
  • Prepare reports summarizing key findings and insights.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from leads and social media followers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adjust sales call scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance data.
  • Experiment with different types of social media content and posting strategies to optimize engagement.

Our background is in servicing the dental industry, however, we have grown through referrals with non-dental clients, consisting of small and medium-sized businesses from a variety of industries (healthcare, home renovations, technology, real estate, etc.). We aim to build websites with careful thought on user experiences, functionality, increased conversions, and a balance of beautiful design layouts and SEO-rich content to help drive site traffic into conversions.
