Black Boys Code is seeking a skilled developer or development team to design, develop, and implement an AI Agent and intelligent automation system to support our mission of empowering Black youth in STEM.

  • This project will leverage AI technologies, cloud-based automation, and natural language interfaces to streamline workflows, manage data, and improve organizational efficiency. The solution will integrate seamlessly with our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment, Azure services, and communication tools like Outlook and Teams.
Deliverables

Key Deliverables:

AI Agent for SharePoint & Microsoft 365

  • Curate and organize content stored in SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Build a natural language interface (chatbot/assistant) using Azure Bot Services or Microsoft Copilot integrations.
  • Enable natural language queries for staff to locate documents, participant data, and event information.


AI-Powered Email Automation

  • Design and implement an AI-based system to respond to parent inquiries and frequently asked questions.
  • Use NLP models to understand, classify, and respond to emails using pre-approved templates or AI-generated suggestions.


Data Pipeline and Workflow Automation

  • Develop a centralized data pipeline to integrate data from:
  • SharePoint
  • LMS (Moodle)
  • Eventbrite
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Outlook
  • Automate tagging, categorization, and report generation across platforms.


Proposal Document & AI Strategy

  • Develop a formal proposal and architectural documentation that outlines how AI can be adopted across the organization.
  • Include AI governance recommendations and scalability planning.
