To help more families find and connect with Connect Behavior’s services, this project will focus on identifying key barriers and opportunities related to outreach, brand positioning, and service adoption. Students will conduct basic market research to understand how similar services are discovered and used by families and propose content strategies to improve visibility and clarity of offerings.

Deliverables

Analyze the behavior therapy service landscape in Alberta

Identify common challenges families face in finding and choosing support programs

Evaluate what information is most critical to showcase on digital platforms

Develop messaging guidelines and content suggestions tailored to Connect’s audience

Propose 5–7 high-impact content ideas (blog, video, brochure, etc.)

Final deliverables:

  • Market insights summary and competitor scan
  • Content strategy brief
  • Sample content assets or mockups
