The main goal of this project is to assist in creating the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of our web application based on our existing Adobe XD Prototype using the Flutterflow platform.

The MVP should be compatible with all major browsers and mobile-friendly. Additionally, the project entails conducting UX/UI testing with real potential users, researching industry trends and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and innovation, assisting in testing and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience, and providing valuable feedback and suggestions for product enhancement.

The final product should be a fully functional MVP ready for launch in the market.

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Re-create the screen-by-screen UX/UI of ViB Digital's MVP web application and improve it using the Flutterflow platform.

- Conduct UX/UI testing with real potential users.

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and innovation.

- Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for product enhancement.

The final deliverables should include:

- A functional MVP web application that is ready to launch in the market.

- A written report detailing the design process and outcomes with a Test and Iterative development plan.

Students will connect directly with us for supervising tasks throughout the project. We will be able to provide:

·       Current business understanding

·       Any sort of business information needed to complete their tasks: Market Research, user personas, product roadmap, Wireframing and Prototyping, Design and UI/UX Development** 

·       Input on choices, problems, or anything else the students might encounter

·       Zoom meetings, email exchanges and online feedback on their tasks and

deliverables 

**Students will adhere to the business’ confidentiality and data protection policies by signing off an NDA.
