Bumi, a company focused on sustainable products, aims to enhance its user experience by understanding its customer base better. The objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive case study on Bumi's users to identify their needs, preferences, and pain points. By applying classroom knowledge of user research methodologies, learners will gather qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, and user testing. The goal is to analyze this data to provide actionable insights that can inform Bumi's product development and marketing strategies. This project will allow learners to apply their skills in data collection, analysis, and presentation, while also gaining experience in real-world user research scenarios.

Deliverables
