Final deliverables include:

• A 10-page (or greater) project plan document including:

1. Project overview: describe the organization and its constraints, the project scope and key priorities, the key stakeholders of the project

2. Work Breakdown Structure & task list: define the scope of the project in great detail, from high level deliverables down to detailed task list

3. Network diagram & Gantt chart: sequence the tasks to develop a project network, assign durations and resources to the tasks to develop a Gantt chart

4. Final presentation & report: covers planning components to date as well as recommendations for risk management and execution of the plan

• A 15-minute presentation (an organization representative is asked to attend).
