We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research involving:

  • Researching the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with our company’s products and services
  • Understanding of our target market and market potential
  • Understanding of our industry and competitors
  • Suggesting strategies to improve our company’s services moving forward

About the company

We want to help teachers save time with their administrative work.

We provide teachers with a no-code web app they can use to automate their marking, student feedback and report card comments and share their workflows with colleagues.

We adapt our software to teachers' "analog" workflows but speed them up by allowing them to work a class at a time instead of a student at a time.

Our goals for the coming months will be centered around increasing brand awareness.
