This project aims to support and enhance the sustainability initiatives of Regenesis York on campus. The primary goal is to develop and implement strategies that improve the operations, community engagement, and event coordination for impactful programs such as the Borrowing Centre, Free Store, YUM! Market, and Bike Centre.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in leadership, organizational development, and sustainability-focused program management. The project involves collaborating with the Chapter Coordinator to set goals, align project priorities with Regenesis’s mission, and lead planning sessions for specific sustainability programs.

Additionally, participants will oversee day-to-day operations, develop systems to monitor and evaluate program performance, and ensure efficient management of key initiatives. The project also includes planning and executing events, workshops, and campaigns focused on sustainability and community engagement.

Participants may complete any tasks similar to the following:

• Delivering an action plan and timeline for managing assigned sustainability programs
• Producing a report documenting program performance, participant feedback, and recommendations
• Completing at least one event or outreach campaign, with metrics for success
• Designing a framework for future program management
