To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to assist with helping customers gain their best experience by resolving their concerns with empathy and care, documenting pain points to share with internal teams, and improving brand credibility. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended customer service areas.
- Reach out to customers in our database that have been unresponsive
- Maintain a positive attitude and attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
Students will connect directly with the manager for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
