Despite having a strong presence and clear value propositions, the company faces challenges with consistency across its digital platforms. The project seeks to analyze the company's current digital marketing practices, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. The focus areas include SEO, social media, content strategy, and email marketing. By refining these aspects, Secure Exchanges hopes to improve visibility and lead generation in the competitive B2B cybersecurity space.
The project will culminate in a comprehensive Digital Marketing Plan Report, which includes a SWOT analysis, identification of critical issues, and detailed plans for SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. Additionally, students will prepare a PDF slide deck summarizing their findings and recommendations, and deliver a 10–15 minute final presentation to the Secure Exchanges team.
