- What is the main goal for this project?

Careerin Tech Society is a nonprofit organization that helps people develop their careers in the tech sector. We worked with 400+ students via Riipen last year to provide work-integrated learnings and help them develop skills and gain working experience.
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for Human Resources students or teams.
In this project students will be able to work in the following areas:
- Recruit volunteers and interns (sourcing/screening/interviewing)
- Improving onboarding/offboarding processes, employee engagement and internal communication
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Zoom + Swit (it's like Slack+Trello)

You will be able to develop skills to conduct interviews and gain experience in various HR functions.
We use different tech tools in all our work so you will learn how to use those software.
