Refocus is a successful consulting company to the charitable sector. Originally founded in 2017, we have been operating as Refocus Communications & Fundraising.
Now, we will be streamlining our name to Refocus Fundraising, and would like to refresh and modernize our brand look, feel, logo, etc at the same time.
We're looking for creative representation that reflects our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
We would like to refresh the look, feel, branding, logo, imagery and colour palette of Refocus to visually capture prospective client interest, be memorable, and represent our unique position in the field of fundraising consultants.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Understand our brand voice, philosophy and position in the sector
- Evaluate competitor branding to assess market and position Refocus in a unique and memorable way
- Work with us to develop a new logo or wordmark
- Create brand guidelines for things like: brand colours, fonts, logo usage, graphic elements, look and feel
- Create usage examples for items like business cards, website pages, letterhead/proposals, social media banners, etc.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions and guidance.
There would be an initial a kick-off meeting with the founder of Refocus to give insight into the creation of the company, its niche, and unique philosophy in the sector.
Access to existing brand elements, samples of marketing content, website content, etc. would be provided.
Also included would be occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
