- What is the main goal for this project?

The primary focus for the student will be:
- Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our online store's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats; and differentiate from our competitors.
- Perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.
- Evaluate the target audiences; create our prospect messaging, and create new outreach content.
- Strategize the different services/products and service/product lines
- Strategize and make recommendations on which social media channels to use and how;
- Develop and implement our Influencer Marketing strategy; reach out to potential influencers and provide pros and cons
- Develop and implement our PPC strategy; develop variations of copy, headlines, images and videos.
- Develop and implement an On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility.
- Develop our social media calendar, presence
- Report on the analytics collected throughout the social media channels
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- For the student(s) to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
- For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
- For the student(s) to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
- For the student(s) to help us generate more traffic and revenue through influencers, PPC and search engines.
