- What is the main goal for this project?

We feel that Artista is an interesting company to feature. We believe we are the only manufacturer of monuments in Fairfield County, a craft long forgotten in Connecticut. Each one of our projects is unique to the individual commemorated. Every piece is interesting; and has its memorable moments and design challenges. We feel that students who choose us will have a job experience that will distinguish them other candidates because we take on projects that stand out and are memorable in the public's eye. In addition, Jim and I love working with students. I have 30 years in soft marketing and prospect management and have more than a decade of virtual and not for profit volunteer recruitment and training experience. Jim Bria has 40 years in the stone industry.
We are looking for students who are passionate about the artwork and craftsmanship of stone monuments we fabricate, carve and restore. Our products are artwork to commemorate the recently deceased or a historic memorial of a significant individual from the community. Our industry is not for everyone. Students who are not comfortable walking in cemeteries or discussing the underlying death themes are products represent are not suitable for working with us.
We would like the students to focus on creating an online video commercial that we can post on our website and social media platforms such as YP.com, Yelp and Youtube, as well as use during presentations to highlight our service and products. Also see deliverables below.
We fabricate granite monuments, carve marble and granite sculptures, as well as restore monuments, mausoleums and war veteran memorials. Our market is Connecticut, Westchester County, Long Island and all the boroughs of NYC. We provide services to private clients, cemeteries, municipalities, funeral homes, historical societies and personal real estate property managers. Our products and services range from single markers to large scale restoration. Our most recent restoration project, the Guggenheim Mausoleum will be completed on Sept 1.

Artista Studios & Monument Works manufactures, sells and repairs granite and marble monuments and statues. Our team includes artists., stone carvers and headstone sales and designers. We fabricate and install monuments in all of Fairfield and Westchester County. We serve both local client and those out of state through Zoom meetings, email, phone and test messaging. We repair most statues made of granite, marble, plaster and lead. Most of our repair clients come from the New England area including Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
