Project Objectives:

  1. Successfully implement Teamflect’s goals module in April.
  2. Develop a structured, phased approach for rolling out additional Teamflect features.
  3. Establish a comprehensive change management strategy to facilitate adoption.
  4. Create an effective communication plan to ensure stakeholder engagement.
  5. Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Equip leadership with tools and strategies to guide employees through change.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of the change process to drive continuous improvement.


Deliverables

Change Management Plan:

  • A detailed roadmap for implementation, including key milestones and phases.
  • Strategies to support employees through the transition.
  • Training and support structures to facilitate adoption.

Communication Strategy:

  • A comprehensive plan for engaging key stakeholders (employees, managers, leadership, etc.).
  • Messaging frameworks and key communication channels.
  • Timeline for communication activities to align with implementation milestones.

Resistance Management Report:

  • Identification of potential resistance points and employee concerns.
  • Proposed solutions and interventions to mitigate resistance.
  • Best practices for ensuring buy-in and adoption.

Leadership Strategy Document:

  • Guidance for leadership on effectively championing the change.
  • Strategies for coaching, motivation, and support during the transition.
  • Leadership responsibilities and action plans for implementation success.

Evaluation Report on Change Process Effectiveness:

  • Methods for assessing the success of the Teamflect implementation.
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
  • Recommendations for future improvements based on initial rollout findings.


Student Engagement & Expected Contributions: University students participating in this project will gain hands-on experience in change management, communication strategy development, organizational leadership, and process evaluation. They will contribute by:

  • Conducting research on best practices for change management and resistance mitigation.
  • Developing communication frameworks and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Collaborating with Unified Alloys to create leadership guidance materials.
  • Designing assessment tools and collecting feedback on implementation effectiveness.
