- What is the main goal for this project?

As an entrepreneur, I am responsible for the development of my business, and in order to grow, I would like an action plan. Working full time and running the business, the majority of my time is spent working with clients and focusing on their needs as well as on making the next sale, which leaves less time to strategize about how to take our business to the next level. Put yourself in my shoes and create a plan on how to scale our business over the next five years.
Establish a viable growth plan for our business . This could include how we would leverage existing relationships (with clients, colleagues, management team, etc.), technology, networking events, marketing, seminars, etc.
Students should focus on developing a growth plan with the following features:
- Annual objectives and key metrics.
- Achievable target timelines.
- Potential sales projections/opportunities.
- An analysis of competitors and the industry’s landscape.
The final project deliverable should provide guidance on how to achieve specific growth goals for the next five years.
Example deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Presentation of project process undertaken
- A short (~8min) pitch video
- Short research paper or report with interactive elements (~5-8 pages with supporting materials)
- User journeys/experience maps
- Design mockups
