Toronto Event Hub aims to enhance its digital marketing efforts to create awareness for upcoming events in late Fall 2024 and 2025 calendar year. The objective is to identify the target audiences and develop a comprehensive content plan that effectively engages this audience. The project will involve analyzing current market trends, insights our company has uncovered, understanding the demographics and preferences of past attendees & potential ones, and crafting a strategic content plan. The goal is to increase revenue via increased attendance / ticket sales and increased clients hiring for event planners/services, and engagement through targeted digital marketing strategies.

Deliverables

Key Tasks:


Conducting Market Research:

  • Identify target audience demographics
  • Analyze current market trends related to event attendance in preparation for late Fall 2024 and 2025 calendar year.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand what strategies similar events/companies are using
  • Consider key insights, learning, and data Toronto Event Hub has gathered over the years from attendees and events


Developing a Content Plan:

  • Create a content plan tailored to the identified audience for both late Fall 2024 and 2025 events.
  • Ensure the plan includes strategies for multiple media channels (especially for IG, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn - but can include YouTube, Pinterest, etc)
  • Develop a content calendar to schedule content in advance.
  • Integrate SEO strategies to improve organic reach and visibility.
  • Plan for multimedia content, including videos and infographics, to enhance engagement.


Analyzing Effectiveness:

  • Create mock-up metrics to evaluate the potential effectiveness of the proposed strategies.
  • Predict engagement outcomes based on hypothetical data.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyze real-time data.

Toronto Event Hub is a passion project and side hustle business where she gets to be super creative and connect amazing people together.

We are a different kind of event planner - we don’t just plan events for others - we create and organize OUR OWN monthly events - and we haven’t skipped a month since we started during the pandemic in 2020. We currently specialize in three pillars of events, which have formed three awesome communities with the GTA:
