What is the main goal for this project?

Our organization aims to enhance our marketing and sales efforts by leveraging video content across various platforms to engage potential clients at different stages of their journey. We seek to increase our social media followers and viewers, ultimately driving more leads and enrollments.

We plan to collaborate with interns to produce dynamic video content and engaging social media posts that align with our marketing strategy.

This will involve several steps for the interns, including:

  • Learning about our business goals, target audience, and the role of video content in our marketing strategy.
  • Editing video content using DaVinci Resolve or other professional non-linear editing systems to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Creating video and social media content that complements our video marketing efforts, tailored for different platforms.
  • Applying best practices in digital storytelling to enhance brand engagement and conversion.

Bonus steps in the process might also include:

  • Analyzing engagement metrics to recommend improvements for future content.
  • Experimenting with different video and social media formats to identify what resonates best with our audience.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, interns should accomplish the following:

  • Edit and produce a set of videos that align with our content strategy, ready for publishing across various platforms.

  • Bonus tasks might include:Providing a report on content performance and recommendations for content optimization.
  • Creating a content calendar for future video and social media content initiatives.

Final deliverables should include:

  • A portfolio of edited videos.
