What is the main goal for this project?

The intern will work directly with the CEO and founder Sharon Bonner and her team to support her new consulting business – Sharon Bonner Consulting - https://sharonbonnerconsulting.com/

Sharon Bonner Consulting invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are looking for organized and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as supportive Office Administrative Assistants.

Your primary role will be to assist us with be marketing (scheduling social media posts) and office (any miscellaneous office tasks) in a professional and timely manner.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Scheduling Social Media Posts into Later

- Making Blog into LinkedIn Articles & Newsletters

- Miscellaneous Office Tasks (keeping things organized)

- Organize and Relay information between departments

· Creating social media posts with captions, graphics, and hashtags.

· Assisting with the overall marketing and communication strategy

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Sharon believes in supporting and coaching her interns while giving them the space to be independent. At the beginning of the internship, monthly goals are established. Those monthly goals are then broken down into weekly attainable goals.

Sharon likes to offer a variety of tasks to the interns and welcomes constant feedback or suggestions on the projects the interns are working on. Once a week, Sharon and the interns will meet via zoom to review progress and talk about improvements, suggestions, feedback, etc.

The interns are very involved in the process and will feel valued and heard. Sharon loves the interns and puts her heart and soul into mentoring them.
