Our small business is looking to expand into the international content. We currently have limited international exposure and we want your team's help as we expand into online education. This project would work on helping us with the various steps of international expansion. As a small business, we would appreciate the input that will allow us to expand in a cost-effective manner. Students should focus on:

  • Identify which international market(s) are ideal for entrance and expansion.
  • Create an outline and provide recommendations for entering this market.
  • Identify pertinent laws/regulations that could impact this expansion.
  • Evaluate for potential partners for international expansion with a brief strategic overview.
  • Recommend supplementary marketing tactics.
  • Develop promotional marketing materials for various media.

We hope to implement changes that will be cost effective and successful in allowing us to expand to an international market for our products being released online in 2020.
