Omnical is looking to get answers on the following:How should we segment our customers?What is the customer experience our customer is currently getting from us and from our competitors?What is the customer experience our customers are looking for?What is holding our customers back in spending more with us?So far, Omnical's sales has been inbound and online focussed. Are Omnical clients looking for more pro-active sales and account management they get from our traditional competitors?What do our customers and prospects think of traditional sales?To answer these questions, students canReview competitors' websites, industry websiteReview the buying experience at competitors (requesting quotes, calling)Bring customer experience ideas from outside the industryAsking Omnical customers (phone, email, survey options)
Project deliverables include:
- Project Plan: Students will develop a Statement of Work and Project Plan for the semester.
- Status Report: Students will conduct research, update you, and solicit your input to successfully deliver their final research-based recommendations.
- Final Delivery: As outlined and agreed to in the status report.
