Nature’s Zeal is a Social Enterprise, Ontario’s Wellness Centre improving Women’s sleep and wellbeing, and also supporting corporations developing their employee engagements through creating a mindful and healthy lifestyle. Our practices are based on extensive research, practice and results. The results have included significant improvements in sleep quality, weight loss, increased energy levels, higher productivity, overall immunity and well-being - both mental and physical.  

Nature's Zeal aims to expand its market presence and increase revenue. The project involves developing a comprehensive Sales Strategic Plan that identifies new revenue opportunities and practical steps for implementation.

Additionally, the project will include creating a market entry strategy tailored to specific market segments identified through research. The goal is to provide actionable insights and strategies that align with Nature's Zeal Inc.'s mission and values, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration. The project will require a thorough analysis of current market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to formulate effective strategies.

Key tasks include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential segments and revenue opportunities.

- Analyzing competitors and industry trends.

- Developing a step-by-step sales strategy.

- Creating a tailored market entry plan for identified segments.

The deliverables for this project will include:

- A detailed Sales Strategic Plan outlining new revenue opportunities and practical steps for implementation.

- A comprehensive Market Entry Strategy tailored to the identified market segments.

- A presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations.

- Supporting documents such as market research data, competitor analysis, and implementation timelines.

These deliverables will provide Nature's Zeal Inc. with a clear roadmap for expanding its market presence and increasing revenue in a sustainable manner.

Learners will be provided support in 3 different ways:

1. Executive Mentorship - Both the Co-Founders of Nature’s Zeal and the senior team are seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs. They will be available for mentorship to the learners.
2. Weekly one-on-one update meetings: The learner will have one-on-one access to their Manager on a periodic basis for the progress of the project and to discuss current and future tasks.
3. Health and Wellness support: Learner will have access to our programs as part of the staff discounts to help improve their own health and wellness.
