Project Overview:

The Global Cleantech Directory is a growing B2B platform designed to connect cleantech companies, investors, and decision-makers worldwide. We are seeking a student team to help us strategically implement and optimize HubSpot for lead generation, CRM management, and email marketing automation to increase platform engagement and drive sales.


Project Goals:

  1. Set up or audit existing HubSpot CRM for improved user and lead tracking.
  2. Design and implement automated email workflows for onboarding, newsletter updates, and re-engagement.
  3. Develop lead generation strategies and conversion funnels to attract cleantech businesses.
  4. Create a scalable sales pipeline that can track listing owners, trial users, and paid subscribers.
  5. Integrate analytics and reporting to monitor CRM and marketing performance.



Deliverables

Deliverables:

  • HubSpot CRM setup/cleanup with key custom fields and segmentation.
  • Email workflow templates (onboarding, upsell, re-engagement).
  • Lead magnet ideas (e.g., downloadable reports, webinar invites, free resources).
  • Sales pipeline design in HubSpot.
  • Strategy document with process flowcharts and automation triggers.
  • Reporting dashboard examples (e.g., MQL/SQL conversion, open rates).

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
