- What is the main goal for this project?

Positions available: up to 4 students working in teams or individuals.
Note: We are open to collaborating on the project deliverables to ensure it meets the skillset of each student or program.
Our website is being professionally upgraded and our marketing team is implementing new brand elements. Wacky Willys has hundreds of products in two product lines: general products and commercial products. We have recently launched new products in our commercial line. The new product listings and pages need to be reviewed and edited to include appropriate key words to increase SEO ranking for those products.
We would like students to work with a select group of products in which to optimize.
The primary project requirements could include the following deliverables:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure that the selected products are listed 'first page' on Google for relevant keywords
- Keyword analysis may be needed to determine relevant search terms for the selected products
- Social Media SEO related linking updates are required to increase product/brand exposure and post longevity
The project may include work on the following components as required to achieve optimization:
- Keywords Analysis & Research
- Keywords Mapping
- Title Tags Changes Suggestions
- Social Linking and Bookmarking Submissions
- New Page Suggestions
- Meta Tags Changes Suggestions
- Alt Tag Changes Suggestions
- Anchor text optimization
