Shrubscriber is seeking to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its urban tree nursery network in Edmonton. The project involves creating a comprehensive supply chain model that addresses the unique challenges of managing seeds, seedlings, and trees across multiple locations.


The goal is to optimize inventory levels to ensure timely distribution and maximize community engagement.
