I am looking for a responsive website design (must work well on mobile devices – both phone and tablets), preferably using bootstrap (but I am open to the framework). The backend (if that’s important for the project) will be PHP and mySQL.

The website is targeted towards capital markets traders (stocks, options, commodities, currencies, etc). For the initial phase, I am looking at the following pages

Market Overview

This page will consist of

- Market Indices (at least S&P 500, NASDAQ, Dow 30, may add more in the future)

- Top Gainers

- Top Decliners

- 52-Week High

- 52-Week Low

- Sectors

Watchlist

Members will have their own watchlist, they can add any symbol. The system will provide the spot price, dollar change and percentage change from previous close. Their might (might not) also be a sparkline chart added for each symbol.

Portfolio

Members will be able to track their portfolio performance. They will be able to enter and track:

- Symbol

- Number of shares (long or short)

- Initial share price

- Position (long or short)

- Current price

- Position value (current price x number of shares)

- Position change in dollar and percentage

- Portfolio value

- Portfolio change in dollar and percentage

- Percentage of each position vis-à-vis the portfolio

- Percentage of portfolio by sector

- Show the information both in text and on chart

Search

Members will be able to search by symbol or company name.

I will be available to work with the project team as needed by the project team. This includes project initiation phase where I can provide more information on what we are looking. I am also available throughout the project to review the progress give my feedback as well as answer any questions.
