- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like students to help us with creating a concise effective marketing plan that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
Elevate Resiliency seeks to improve the economic security of racialized women and youth by increasing access to wellness and well-being supports, financial literacy and opportunities for economic advancement through building strong communities.
Our programs impart practical coping strategies, decision making, financial literacy, promote healthy lifestyles, encouraging positive health behaviours and opportunities for economic development.
Ultimately, you will be working on a clear concise marketing strategy for our organization, including possible video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Research other organizations with similar mission, vision and values as Elevate Resiliency
- Present a concise SWOT/ Comparative analysis
- Create a holistic marketing plan to promote our programs and services.
- Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made as necessary.
The majority of our communication will be done virtually via Zoom, Google meets, etc... and email.
