The main goal for the project is to assist Impact Applications Inc. in writing, revising and analyzing various legal agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Customer Master Service Agreements, Referral Agreements with Partners, Employment Agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with laws in Canada.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Reviewing and analyzing the existing legal agreements and identifying areas that need revision.

- Researching and understanding the laws and regulations in Canada that are relevant to the legal agreements.

- Drafting and revising the legal agreements to ensure compliance with Canadian laws.

- Collaborating with the stakeholders at Impact Applications Inc. to discuss and finalize the revisions.

- Providing a comprehensive analysis of the revised legal agreements and highlighting the changes made.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A detailed analysis of the existing legal agreements and a report on areas that need revision.

- Revised legal agreements that comply with the laws and regulations in Canada.

- Documentation of the research conducted on Canadian laws relevant to the legal agreements.

- New written agreements as per the requirements of business.
