marketing marketing planning purchasingOur organization is passionate about customer based referral marketing campaigns. We want to increase our ROI, conversions and followers utilizing a compelling referral based marketing program.
Based on the elements below create a campaign with a series of tears:
- Make sure our brand message is easy to understand and repeat.
- Build a community around our brand. It’s more than a product and a logo. It’s what we stands for and represents. If our customers identify with those values, they will share our story with others, with or without an incentivized referral program.
- Your customers are your best salespeople. They can “sell” to their friends and family without sounding salesy. And their friends are more likely to go with a recommendation from a friend than some celebrity on a TV screen.
- Make referrals easy. It should be simple for our customer to share our brand with referral rewards that match their purchasing behavior - to create an army of loyal cheerleaders working on our behalf
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding our mission and goals
- Identification of target groups
- Identification of ideal outcomes and KPIs
- Identification of partners
- Creation of a marketing plan associated to the campaign
Final deliverables should include
- A final report - that includes strategy, tactics & desired outcomes.
- A 10-minute presentation.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our organization’s mission and goals
- Our awareness campaigns
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- Access to data, past campaigns and all marketing material overviews of the brand
