Are you passionate about fashion, sustainability and writing? We’re looking for a talented, motivated content writer & email marketing intern to support our mission and increase sales via email. You will learn how to build an authentic online voice and inspire an engaged community. You will become an expert in brand storytelling and help us communicate our brand value through email.

The Good Tee is on a mission to be a positive example of responsibly made clothing and set a precedent in the fashion industry. Our premium quality essentials for adults and babies are made from Fairtrade organic cotton and certified eco-friendly dyes. Our t-shirts are fully traceable from farm to warehouse, we minimize our environmental footprint and measure our impact. As a certified B Corporation we aim to be a force for good.

Here’s What We Would like You To do:

• Build, deploy, and optimize all email marketing campaigns and automated programs focusing on customer retention; including design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends
• Conduct list segmentations based on criterion such as behavior, value, past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers
• Create a newsletter calendar

• Strong English writing and speaking skills
• Proven experience writing content
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How we work with you:

Setting goals is key for success. We map out a plan for your internship of what you would like to achieve and what needs to get done. All tasks are prepared with learning webinars as well as standard operating procedures. We have regular group virtual meetings via zoom. We use Asana project management tool to manage tasks. We also keep a daily task tracker to help you manage your time and it can be submitted at the end of the field placement. This is a work from home position.
