The main goal of the project is to carry out a commercial analysis of potential partnerships with medical professionals and healthcare facilities in Canada and the United States for MetaSano. This includes understanding how to reward medical professionals and follow-up companies for recommending MetaSano, as well as analyzing the types of partnerships that MetaSano could establish with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories to refer patients to them.

Tasks for learners to complete:

- Contact and interview medical professionals, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies in Canada and the United States via email or video conference.

- Compile a report with the interviews conducted, highlighting challenges and opportunities identified.

- Analyze the results of the analysis to identify potential partners and types of partnerships that would benefit MetaSano.

Final deliverables:

- A comprehensive report with the interviews conducted, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for potential partnerships.

- An analysis report outlining the types of partnerships that would be beneficial for MetaSano.
